Cajun Spiced Fish Tacos

Juicy white fish marinated in Cajun spices and cayenne pepper, layered in soft tortillas with avocado, fresh greens, and zesty salsa — a vibrant and aromatic dinner ready in minutes.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 4 pcs White fish fillet
- 1 tsp Vegetable oil
- 8 pcs Wheat tortilla
- 1 pcs Avocado
- 2 pcs Little Gem lettuce
- 4 pcs Green onion
- 1 pcs Salsa
- 1 pcs Sour cream
- 1 pcs Lemon
- 1 clove Garlic
Instructions
- On a large flat plate, mix together the Cajun seasoning and cayenne pepper, adding a pinch of salt and black pepper if desired. Coat the fish fillet thoroughly with this mixture on all sides, ensuring the spices cover the surface evenly.
- Heat a little oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the fish and cook until golden brown, then reduce the heat and continue cooking until fully done, about 10 minutes more. If the fish doesn't fit all at once, cook in batches.
- While the fish is cooking, prepare the dressing: mix sour cream with lemon juice and zest, and add one minced garlic clove. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Warm the tortillas in the microwave for 5–10 seconds until they become soft and pliable.
- Assemble the tacos: layer avocado slices, lettuce leaves, and green onion on each tortilla, add a spoonful of salsa, top with large pieces of fish, and drizzle with the sour cream dressing. Serve immediately.
