Chocolate Brownies with Raspberries

Dense and moist chocolate brownies studded with raspberry pieces — an American classic for true chocolate lovers. The perfect treat to enjoy with tea or coffee.
Ingredients
- 200 g Dark chocolate
- 100 g Milk chocolate
- 250 g Butter
- 400 g Brown sugar
- 4 pcs Eggs
- 140 g Wheat flour
- 50 g Cocoa powder
- 200 g Raspberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (or 160°C with convection). Line a 20×30 cm baking pan with parchment paper. In a saucepan over low heat, melt together the dark and milk chocolate, butter, and sugar, stirring with a wooden spoon. Then remove from heat.
- Add the eggs one by one to the warm chocolate mixture, stirring thoroughly after each addition. Sift the flour and cocoa powder through a sieve, add to the mixture, and stir well. Fold in half of the raspberries, transfer the batter to the prepared pan, and distribute the remaining raspberries evenly over the surface.
- Place the pan on the middle rack of the oven and bake for 30 minutes. If you prefer a denser texture, bake for an additional 5 minutes. Cool completely before cutting into squares. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
