Polish Cutlets

Juicy meat cutlets according to a Polish recipe with a crispy golden crust. A classic dish that is prepared quickly and always turns out tender and appetizing.
Ingredients
- 1 pcs Bread roll for cutlets
- 120 ml Milk
- 1 pcs Onion
- 100 ml Vegetable oil
- 500 g Ground beef
- 1 pcs Egg
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 pinch Marjoram
- 75 g Breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Soak the bread roll in milk until it softens completely. Chop the onion and sauté it in oil over medium heat for about 8 minutes until soft and golden.
- Transfer the sautéed onion to the ground beef. Add the egg, minced garlic, and marjoram. Squeeze out excess milk from the bread roll and add it to the meat mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
- Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape into cutlets. Pour breadcrumbs into a shallow bowl and coat each cutlet on all sides.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet. Fry the cutlets in batches on both sides until golden and cooked through, about 6–7 minutes on each side.
