Garlic Shrimp in Sherry

A Spanish classic — tender shrimp sautéed in olive oil with fragrant garlic and generously drizzled with dry sherry. This dish comes together in minutes and pairs beautifully with wine.
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 clove Garlic
- 400 g Shrimp
- 2 tbsp Dry sherry
- Parsley
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add thinly sliced garlic and sauté for 10–15 seconds until fragrant — being careful not to let it burn.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring, until they begin to turn pink.
- Pour the sherry directly into the skillet and continue cooking for another 2–3 minutes until the shrimp are fully cooked and firm. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
