Homemade Meat Patties

Juicy homemade patties made from mixed ground meat with a golden crust. The secret to juiciness is bread soaked in milk and well-beaten ground meat.
Ingredients
- 600 g Pork and beef ground meat
- 1 pcs Onion
- 2 pcs White bread
- 100 ml Milk
- 1 pcs Egg
- 2 clove Garlic
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
- to taste Breadcrumbs
- 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Soak the bread in milk for 5 minutes. Mince the onion and garlic (you can put them through a meat grinder together with the bread).
- Combine the ground meat with the onion, garlic, squeezed-out bread, and egg. Add salt and pepper, mix thoroughly, then beat the mixture against the bowl for 1–2 minutes — this will make the patties fluffy.
- Shape oval patties with wet hands and coat them in breadcrumbs.
- Fry in heated oil for 4–5 minutes on each side until golden brown, then reduce the heat, cover with a lid, and cook for another 5 minutes until done.
